ALL YOU NEED TO KNOW
Reservations must be paid in full after booking, within 1 hour of complete booking.
We reserve the right to cancel or amend a reservation in cases of no-shows and suspicions of fraud.
Changes or cancellations must be made in writing by email to reservations@amberresidenceikoyi.com.
Cancellations must be made within 24 hours prior to arrival for refunds to be valid. Cancellations made after 24 hours do not attract refunds.
In situations where cancellation mail is not received as at 3pm on arrival date, we have the right to release the room to another guest as long as there is no deposit on the booking to avoid the NO-SHOW charge, which attracts 100% of the room rate.
With single occupancy rooms, breakfast is complimentary for one person.
With double occupancy rooms, breakfast is complimentary for two people.
The hotel provides extra beds. This attracts an additional charge.
Pets are not permitted under any circumstances. If violated, the hotel will ask for a fine.
Smoking is allowed only in our smoking rooms.
Smoking in our non-smoking rooms attracts a fine.
The hotel asks for cooperation not to disturb other guests. If violated, suspension of stay without refunds may arise.
Cooking food is strictly prohibited on the hotel premises.
